He was a psychoanalyst professionally, but his world of thinking branched and merged into his world of food. He spent endless hours reading cookbooks, befriending chefs at all his favorite restaurants and mostly deconstructing & reconstructing dishes that he enjoyed eating with his closest, while talking about his adventures of the recipes.
He was a simple man who had huge fantasies of food, bigger than his belly. His excitement in his mind sometimes made his mouth water at the thought.
My father was not a certified cook but self taught. Neither am I, however, it was under his understanding, knowledge and patience that I have learnt how to reproduce these dishes that were cooked with so much passion.
We look forward to continue his love for food by catering to you all.
